Standard Dining Plan (£50pp)

Lunch: Regular meal deal (main + soft drink) at  ONE of the following locations:  

• Burger Kitchen in Cloud Cuckoo Land
• Just Chicken in X Sector.
  

Sweet Treat: 5 donuts and a drink, redeemable at

• Donut Division (Forbidden Valley),
• Mutiny Bay Donuts
• Tasty Treats (Towers Street).

Evening Meal: 2-course dinner (starter & main or main & dessert) with a soft juice drink from Hydration Station . Dining Locations Include:

• Flambo’s Jambo 
• Secret Garden Restaurant
• Crooked Spoon –*Exclusions Apply
• Windmill Restaurant - (CBeebies Land Hotel guests only) *Exclusions Apply

Deluxe Dining Plan (£70pp)

Lunch: Regular meal deal (main + soft drink) at ONE of the following locations:

• Burger Kitchen Cloud Cuckoo Land, 
• Just Chicken in X Sector,
• Explorer's Pizza Pasta in Katanga Canyon,
• Generator Refuelling Company in Forbidden Valley (excludes Chicken Roulette),
• CBeebies Lunchboxes.

Sweet Treat: Choice of ONE of the following:

• Bubble Waffle from Bubbling Buccaneer
• Any ice cream from Coach House Confectionary
• 5 donuts + dip + drink. Redeemable at Donut Division (Forbidden Valley), Mutiny Bay Donuts, or Tasty Treats (Towers Street).

Evening Meal: 3-course dinner with a soft or alcoholic house-brand drink at:

• Flambo’s Jambo
• Secret Garden Restaurant

Ultimate Dining Plan (£90pp)

Lunch: Regular meal (main menu + soft drink) from any ONE of our theme park restaurants or kiosks including:

• Stacked Sensations on Towers St,
• Just Chicken in X Sector,
• CBeebies Lunchbox,  
• Oak in Chains in Fountain Square,
• Burger Kitchen Cloud Cuckoo Land,
• Burger Kitchen Mutiny Bay,
• Courtyard Windows,
• Explorer's Pizza Pasta in Katanga Canyon ,
• Generator Refuelling Company in Forbidden Valley,
• Rollercoaster Restaurant in Forbidden Valley.

Sweet Treat: Choice of ONE of the following:

• 10 donuts + 2 dips + drink
• Bubble Waffle from Bubbling Buccaneer at Mutiny Bay
• Any ice cream from Coach House Confectionary outside The Curse at Alton Manor

Evening Meal: Enjoy flexible dining with a 3-course dinner and a soft or alcoholic house-brand drink at one of the following restaurants.

• Flambo’s Jambo – serving an all you can eat buffet
• Secret Garden Restaurant – a delicious 3 course a la carte meal
• Crooked Spoon - *Exclusions Apply – a relaxed dining experience with main courses, snacks and desserts
• Windmill Restaurant (CBeebies Land Hotel guests only) –*Exclusions Apply Includes a fresh salad bar, main course and dessert 

Additional Perks:

Kids Dining Plan (£20pp)

• Available for children aged 3 - 12
• Mirrors adult plan (Standard, Deluxe, or Ultimate) with age-appropriate options
• Meals included in the kids’ package must be selected from the designated kids’ menu only
• The Dining Plan Kids package is recommended for children aged 3–12. Please note that while children under 3 are not required to purchase a Dining Plan, they will not receive the package free of charge. Parents and guardians are welcome to order items separately for younger children as needed.

2. Validity of the Dining Plan package 

• Dining Plans are valid only from the hotel check-in date to the hotel check-out date, inclusive.
• Plans must be purchased for the full duration of your stay.
• Dining Plans are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused days or components.
• Available exclusively to guests with a valid Short Break booking at one of our on-site accommodation options.

3. Usage of the Dining Plan package

• Guests must present a valid dining voucher at each meal redemption point. 
• While self-service kiosks may be available at some locations, Dining Plan meals must be redeemed at a manned till.
• Evening meal menus may display symbols or labels indicating which dishes are included in your Dining Plan. Items without these indicators may incur an additional charge. Please speak to a team member if you are unsure.
• The Dining Plan Kids package is recommended for children aged 3–12. Please note that while children under 3 are not required to purchase a Dining Plan, they will not receive the package free of charge. Parents and guardians are welcome to order items separately for younger children as needed.

4. Restaurant Access & Availability

• Plans can only be used at participating venues. Please see the website or terms and conditions for the full list.
• Restaurant opening times and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Some outlets may close for operational reasons.
• Evening meals must be pre-booked and are subject to availability.
• Ultimate Dining Plan holders receive guaranteed dining times when booked in advance. Our Food & Beverage team will contact you directly to confirm and book your preferred dinner reservations.

5. Exclusions to the Dining Plan packages

• The Dining Plan is not valid at the following outlets:
  • Eastern Express (Mutiny Bay)
  • Forest Feasts (Dark Forest)
  • Chocolate Fountain (Towers Street)
  • Third-party mobile catering units
  • X-Sector catering units
• House alcoholic beverages include all draft and bottled beers, house wines, and standard spirits. Premium drinks and upgrades are not included.

6. Meal & Drink Terms

• No cash value is attached to any element of the plan.
• Meals and treats cannot be exchanged, carried over, or refunded.
• Alcoholic drinks are only included in the Deluxe and Ultimate packages.
• Guests may be asked to provide valid ID in accordance with licensing laws.
• Guests with dietary requirements are encouraged to use our TenKites system, which provides detailed ingredient and allergen information to help make informed choices.

7. Modifications & Cancellations

• Modifications to your package must be made prior to arrival, subject to availability.
• Once onsite, no downgrades or partial cancellations are allowed.

8. Additional Terms

• The Dining Plan is not eligible for additional discounts, including Merlin Annual Pass discounts.
• All elements of the plan are subject to availability and operational changes.

9. Acceptance of Terms

Use of a Dining Plan constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Additional hotel, restaurant, and resort-wide policies may also apply.
